Kölsch is a German Style Kölsch. Brewed with floor malted Germanic Pils, we added a touch of Vienna malt for flavor and color. During the 90 minute boil we added Tettenang throughout the latter half. Top fermented with a traditional Kölsch yeast. Soft and balanced, bright white breads, noble spice characteristics. 4.3%ABVKölsch is a part of an exclusive draft program we have set up with a handful of partner accounts in the wild. You can only find this beer for a limited time at our Tasting Room and a few other bars in certain markets.
