This Belgian inspired wit bier was open fermented with our custom blend of Belgian yeast, brettanomyces, and acid producing bacterias. The beer was then racked into Pinot Noir barrels with fresh organic raspberries from Denisons farm and matured 10 months. After blending we added another round of fresh raspberries for a bright berry nose.
