Toasted oats in the mash bring a hint of almost granola-like breakfast cereal character in the background, together with a full bodied mouthfeel onto which we have layered bagfuls of fruity hop flavour.We were lucky enough to get our hands on a batch of Cryo Pop, a hop blend from the folks at @yakimachiefeu, scientifically developed to make beers burst with fresh fruity hop flavour and aroma, and which we used to dry hop the beer at several stages in the fermenter. With a big tropical fruit bowl aroma, and flavours of ripe peaches with a touch of pineapple and melon in the background, we can't wait for you to try this one!
