Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial StoutWe made a small batch version of this a while ago and many of you asked if we will brew this on a bigger scale. So we did! After fermentation Santa Muerte was aged on a big pile of cocoa nibs, madagascan vanilla beans and mexican smoked chipotle, ancho and passilla chillies.A rich roasty body with a dark chocolate and creamy vanilla taste and a hint of subtle smokey spiciness to round it up.
