Squeeze Cheese is an Unfiltered Milkshake DIPA featuring Passionfruit. For this beer, we added a touch of lactose to the whirlpool, along with a heavy dose of Passionfruit purée. We double dry hopped this “cheez wit” Rakau and Citra cryo, and then conditioned the whiz on a pound of juicy vanilla beans. Feel the sunlight in your eyes as you bask in this dribble liquid. Think Nickelodeon slime, orange gelato, and passionfruit pannacotta.
