Brewed using only hand-picked wild Ontario hops, Ragazzo is our very first fresh hop beer, made in the style of an English pale ale. All hops used in this beer were cultivated and harvested by close friends and family throughout Prince Edward and Northumberland Counties. The beer drinks easy with a malt-forward profile and a gentle hop character that elicits black tea, herbal spiciness and finishes with a dry, delicate bitterness.
