Tenhle barel po bourbonu Woodford Reserve plný silného tmavého ejlu ve sklepě strávil 4 dlouhá léta, než jsme ho doladili k dokonalosti. Přidali jsme víc divokých kultur, pak zase borůvky a pak nechali uležet, aby byl tak jemný, ovocný, komplexní a hezky tříslovinový. Je ho jenom 150 litrů (to víte, andělská daň a důsledné degustování), proto ho ochutnejte, dokud je. Jeho pouť se blíží ke konci.Hidden deep in our cellar is a small collection of barrels waiting to come out into the light of day. We taste them occasionally, and if any of our treasures have matured, we'd be happy to share them. This Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel full of strong dark ale spent 4 long years in the cellar before we perfected it. We added more wild cultures, then blueberries, and then let it sit to make it smooth, fruity, complex, and nicely tannic. There were only 150 liters of it (angel tax and rigorous tasting), so try it while it lasts. His pilgrimage is coming to an end.
