Made from barley, raw wheat, spelt, oats, dates, raisins, plums, dried orange peel and spices. Unboiled, unhopped, wild fermented for nearly a year, then barrel aged in small barrels for 6 months. A very fine sour ale, with fruity complexity, worthy of the mightiest of Gods.
