Pep Talk is a brand new juicy and hazy IPA. We have fermented this batch with a locally produced New England IPA yeast. This is the first time we've used this yeast in a lower ABV recipe and we're very happy with the results. Dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Centennial this is some of the cleanest and freshest joose we've made to date. ultra-low bitterness, with a smooth mouthfeel and a slightly sweet finish. Loads of melon, passionfruit and mango coming through in a manner that is both soft and smooth but also punchy and full. We're on here.
