This is a Collab with our friends from Austin Texas ZILKER. For this brew we tried to push the limits of what can be done with Cryo Hops.This Beer is built on Extra Pale Ale, Wheat and Oat Malt. This is hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Citra and Centennial. Fermented with Verdant Yeast
