A style favoured by brewers but unknown to many, a Grisette is a light-bodied, refreshing low-alcohol farmhouse ale with a spicy yeast characteristic. With wheat in the grain bill, the appearance is hazy, but compared to wheat beers think lemon and pepper (not banana and cloves).
