A single puncheon of our wheat saison, Grails + Waysigns.This beer was brewed in fall 2023 with local barley, raw organic wheat, and local raw wildflower honey. It was hopped with a blend of current and past vintage whole flower hops and fermented with appropriated and ambient yeasts. This bottling is an attempt to showcase the work at Floodland in pursuit of a transitory ideal.This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle.Bottled 12/12/2024Conditioned with: Organic cane sugar (contains honey).Cellar: best before 2028
