Deep red colour.Primary fermentation(Stainless steel and Oak barrels): Saccharomyces of Belgian/wild originSecondary fermentation(Oak barrels): Brettanomyces and Lactic acid bacteria.This beer was blended from 4 different barrels and aged with wild blueberries handpicked in July 2019.
