6th Birthday Coconut & Cacao Imperial Stout

We teamed up with Adam from Cardiff’s Crafty Devil Brewing Co again for this beer, and decided we wanted to brew something big and dark this time! This imperial stout was brewed with a blend of dark roasted malts, together with lactose (milk sugar), which gives a nice sweet finish to balance the roasted malts. We then added toasted coconut flakes and cacao nibs, for an even more indulgent finish!
