Kettle soured Berliner Weisse forms the base for this fruited sour. Topaz hops are used for light bittering and subtle fruity notes. An addition of a sweet and juicy end of season rockmelons have been paired with floral sweet, fruity & pungent Tasmanian Pepperberry with an intense peppery bite that builds & lingers on the back palate.
