A modern, hoppy take on a traditional German Wheat beer. Banana, bubblegum, orange and clove aromas leap out the glass thanks to the work of traditional German wheat beer yeast and a healthy dry hop with Mandarina Bavaria.As Jono's main brewing professor we have a lot to be thankful to Michael for. He is, however, a deeply traditional Bavarian man who would be very upset to hear we took hundreds of years of traditional German wheat beer brewing and threw them out the window by heavily dry hopping this beer. So long as nobody tells him we'll be fine.
