Nicknamed a "Caribbean Dubbel" by our crew, this is a Belgian Dubbel with Muscovado sugar and dates syrup.Muscovado introduces mollasses, vanilla, wood and pepper notes to this ale, while date syrup adds caramel and dried fruit undertones. This duo perfectly complements the traditional spicy, earthy and fruity Belgian yeast aroma as well as the rich malty profile derived from five different malts used in Dvejenas. It's a perfect companion to darker desserts: chocolate cakes, brownies and fudges, carrot cake, dried fruit or prune cakes, as well as various Christmas and Easter desserts.
