DDH DIPA hopped with Citra, Cryo Citra, Cryo Cascade, Idaho Gem.For this malt bill, we did something a little different: 96% barley with only 4% golden naked oats. The majority of the haze comes from the 20% chit malt, a low modified barley malt and not wheat or oats like most of our IPAs.
