Ahoy! New England Port Pilsner

For our mini ‘Holy Trinity’ hop series, we dry-hopped both a pilsner and an IPA with the same big three New England hops: Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. With Ahoy!, we added a pinch of sea salt. The result is a hoppy, hazy pilsner which is easy drinking, with the aroma and taste of a traditional NE IPA. Expect notes of citrus, grapefruit and blueberry.
