Prototype: Double Hazy IPA

We’ve built our first double hazy project on a malt bill loaded with flaked oats and wheat for a smooth, characterful body which supports a blend of US, New Zealand, and German hops throughout the hot and cold side.Citra and Hallertauer Blanc lead for a citrus-forward, easy-drinking double IPA dominated by cantaloupe, gooseberry, and white peach flavours, while Saphir and Nelson Sauvin contribute notes of lemongrass and crisp white wine to the honey-sweet finish.
