After we realized we had never made a beer with our pals at Beyond The Pale, and they'd never brewed with Kveik yeast, the idea was floated and the plans commenced. They came over to the Hall and brewed up a New Zealand hopped Kveik with lot's of Waimea, Wakatu, and Nelson Sauvin hops, and Voss Kveik yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph. The result is an easy, bright, punchy pale ale, full of berry and citrus flavours that are sure to welcome Spring to the Capital.
