After extended cold conditioning, Daydrink Coffee in downtown Iowa City brewed up some delicious cold brew to be infused into this kölsch. Brewed with German pilsner and Munich malts and a light addition of German noble hops, Daydrink sourced and roasted some rare Natural Ethiopia Kossa Geshe Abdu Special beans for this special collab.
