Wild Ale brewer with California-grown and -malted Pilsner malt, open fermented, and aged in French Oak puncheons for 18 months with both breweries’ house mixed cultures, AND aged on heaps of Flavor King PLUOTS (= Plum + Apricot hybrid fruit). Refermented in 750ml cork and caged bottles and conditioned for 10 months.
