Presenting as a light straw pale beer, this Hoppy Pilsner mix new craft movements with old brewing technics. The long and cold maturation from German Lagers beer styles, the Dry Hop from British colonialism and the Craft brewer’s audacity of mixing two brewing histories, find a meeting point in this beer. As for the flavor profile we find a well-balanced body and some residual sweetness that smooth out the dry hop bitterness. The hop addition, in this case Citra and Mosaic, gives a marked fruity and citrus profile with a bitter final, resulting in a very refreshing but fulfilling drinking session.
