Brewed from 100% Maris Otter No.19 Heritage Malt and single-hopped with Opus, this brew celebrates the depth of flavour of this cherished barley variety and showcases the profile of an exciting new UK aroma hop. Opus brings citrus flavours of orange and lemon, more often found in US varieties, as well as subtle notes of thyme. Maris Opus is part of our SMASH (Single Malt And Single Hop) series of ales, designed to showcase stand-out malts and hops.
