American IPA hopped with a shed load of Hallertau Blanc and Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Fermented with Norwegian Voss Kviek yeast for some added spice and citrus esters. Big bodied with a soft & pillow like mouthfeel. Expect flavours of white wine, elderflower, grapefruit and lime!
