Upside Down & Downside Up are collaborations between Rocket Brewing Company and FruktstereoBoth beers are a Berliner Weisse with apples from @magnusfaviken apple orchard. Same beer, same recipe but Upside Down is spontaneous fermented at Fruktstero with indigenous yeast from the apples and Downside up is fermented at Rocket Brewing Company with a common ale yeast
