A delicious blend of Local Wildflower honey, Michigan Bartlett Pear, Michigan Northern Spy apple juice. This concoction was aged in a Distillery 291 rye whiskey barrel for nearly 9 months, then conditioned on Saigon cinnamon sticks. Look for flavors of poached pear, apple pie, brown sugar, and rye whiskey, with a surprisingly dry finish.
