This White IPA is brewed with the great people in L’Ermitage of Brussels. What makes it extra special is that Garage alumni Alexis is now working for the aforementioned great people. Mixing tradition with modernity we have conjured up a White IPA. This is a style that was frequently seen in the last 10 years of the craft brewing scene but more recently is not so commonly seen. Which is a shame. Taking the base of a traditional Belgian Witbier complete with orange peel and coriander and adding lots of modern, complimentary hops to the mix. This means, super soft yet dry mouthfeel, big dry hop aromatics intertwinned with the slightly citrus, bubblegummy and peachy yeast esters of our Wit yeast.
