Blood Moon is our Orchard Behavior collaboration with Keepsake Cidery which conditioned on Whole MN grown cherries. We packaged this ale with Minnesota wildflower honey as the priming sugar. This ale took on mild almond and cinnamon tones from the cherry pits along with a soft cranberry dryness during extended bottle aging. Enjoy this Minnesota cider/saison hybrid with Shepards Way sheep cheese and rustic sourdough.
