A refreshing light-bodied summer ale with a simple Pilsner malt base, ale yeast, dry hopped at end of fermentation at around 1g/l with whole, home grown but wild sourced smooth cone hops. infused with super fresh home gown passionfruit and Yuzu just prior to bottling.
