Those of you who have been with us from the very start may recall that our earliest single barrel releases were named using the Greek alphabet. Forgive me, I studied physics and am still a bit of a nerd when it comes to things such as this.Alpha was a beer made with lab propogated brett, pedio and lacto, Beta was a blend of Gold and Amber and Gamma was a barrel of Amber aged in an ex-Muscat barrel.Delta follows Gamma's natural conclusion, just over four years behind in bottling.Delta 2023 is a bottling of two barrels of golden mixed culture ale aged in an ex-Muscat barrel from the iconic Clonakilla Winery in Murrumbateman, NSW.
