Inspired in part by the Sweet Potato Pie Ale - "See Us" - that we brewed in 2021, this version features the same spices that evoke pie flavors: brown sugar, lactose, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. The addition of purple sweet potato captures the same warm, homey comforts of freshly baked pie, but with bold, unmistakable color.
