HOPPY LAGER

Light lager of golden color with white foam, with a pronounced hop and bitter taste. Moderate strength. The balance leans toward hops, with a clean fermentation profile, a fairly dry finish, a clean malt base that supports and does not crowd out the hops. Aroma: hoppy, citrusy, floral, piney, resinous, tropical fruit. Due to cold hops it has an additional fresh hop aroma. Flavor: Medium intensity hop character, citrusy, floral, spruce, resinous, spicy, tropical fruit due to American hops. Hop bitterness is medium-high. Malt flavor is medium, mostly clean, with a very slight toastiness. The finish is moderately dry. Hop bitterness and flavor continue in the aftertaste, but are not harsh. The body is medium-light with a soft texture.
