Grodziskie-style Smoked Wheat Beer (3.2%)Brewed with Weyermann Oak Smoked Wheat, and Floor Malted Bohemian Wheat. Fermented with our House Brett Strain-isolated from our first coolship brew, and lightly hopped with Czech Saaz. Our nod to the "Polish Champagne" is light and effervescent, with subtle smoke.
