A highly hopped, easy drinking American Black Ale. This beer has a black appearance that changes to a deep ruby red in the light. Initial roasty flavor transitions into a resinous, citrusy, piney, spicy hop bitterness that lingers on the tongue. Has a mild fruity and citrusy aroma derived from Simcoe dry hopping that becomes more noticeable as the beer warms.
