Sour Ale with Raspberry, Lime Zest, and Vanilla Beans AddedCan Release 10/16 - $18This isn't your typical Sapwood Cellars sour beer. It wasn't aged in barrels. It wasn't mix-fermented by a wild culture. We didn't source local fruit. What it does have is loads of fruit flavor from freeze-dried raspberries and fresh lime zest, plus a heap of Tahitian vanilla beans!
