For the first of this year's birthday beers, we decided to push the boat out and brew up the biggest, hoppiest IPA we could. Keeping the abv at a relatively sensible 6.8%, we then threw more hops at it than we have ever used in a beer before, taking the opportunity to try out some new processes to really maximise the amount of flavour and aroma from the wonderful Citra, Mosaic and Azacca hops.
