Sourdough Boy - Everything Bagel

Another Gruit/Bread Ale. This time I wanted to create one of my favorite breakfast foods...the bagel. This beer was loaded with wheat and conditioned on top of a mix of sesame, black sesame, poppy, sunflower, and touch of salt. And once again the beer was fermented with bread yeast! It has a bready nose, slight nuttyness with a sour/sweet finish.No Hops were harmed in the brewing of this beer (because there are none in it)!
