This beer was a collaborative effort with uOttawa's Craft Lab. The students are leading the creation of their own microbrewery on campus and we couldn't be happier about it.We kept it simple here with a classic West Coast pale heavily dry hopped with Enigma, Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy.
