Go Isotopes!

Our Head of Production, Danny, has his Bachelor of Science AND a MSc in brewing and distilling from Heriot Watt University. He is very smart and kindly just spent 15 minutes trying to explain to me what an isotope is. In the notes that I dutifully took it says: "Variations of the same thing". This makes sense because for this beer, he decided to use three different forms of Mosaic hops - Mosaic T-90, Cryo Mosaic and Fresh Frozen Mosaic hop cones. This has heightened the melon, berry and bubblegum flavours provided by dry hop additions of Sabro and El Dorado for a creamy oat cream. If you, too, thought isotopes were referring to the Springfield Isotopes, Springfield's only minor league baseball team, let's be friends.
