This is the first in what will be a rotational series of fruited beers.This slightly tart offering features a mash that consisted of Briess Malt Gems, which are dehusked grains for increased flavor and nice clean malt profile, malted oats and coconut in the mash.We hopped it in whirlpool with Strata and Mosaic. Fermented with Sundew and conditioned on blackberry and coconut.
