With stunning, freshly landed, Crop 2020 Simcoe and Mosaic hops from Yakima Chief we've built this on our trusty malt bed of Irish Pale malt, flaked oats, we've added some Carablond malt for some delicate toasted and caramel sweet notes, and fermented with one of our favorite strains of yeast : London III which leaves that lovely full, fruity finish in the beer.Simcoe and Mosaic need no introduction at this stage, being two hops that helped kickstart and drive this wonderful hop-fuelled world we live in. Low bitterness combined with luscious tropical,peach, pineapple, mandarin, and a pithy grapefruit, orange citrus undercurrent in support.What's not to like !???Part of our 'Off the Wall' limited release series, showcasing the work of some of Ireland's most exciting artists.
