Talking with Parra about creating a beer together we decided on doing a Session I.P.A. The idea was to create a hoppy aromatic and bitter beer below 4% ABV. We used a couple of caramelized malts and a bit of oatsto balance the bitterness with some sweetness of these malts. Late and dryhopped with Cascade, Chinook, Columbus and Huell Melon.
