Imperial Saison w/ Hibiscus. Brewed by Brewed by Cameron Moffat & Adam Vickers. We viewed the saison style and the tartness and flavor of hibiscus as a winning combination. The complex fruity ester profile of Saison yeast and acidity of the hibiscus converge and complement each other well. The crystal-clear, ruby red color is also visually appealing.
