Caramel malts gives it a deep ruby red colour and a sweet taste. Selected hops from the US and New Zealand provides a restrained bitterness, with a floral, citrus and fresh crushed gooseberry aroma bursting from the glass. Five different malts and three different hops equals one tasty red ale.
