Spring in Chenin is a sour beer, barrel aged for 6 months in Chenin Barrels and re-fermented in bottle. This beer is almost a year in the making. We get aromas of lemon zest, fresh cut grass and earthy undertones. The beer is rounded out by a bright acidity and grippy tannins, with just a touch of funk.
