CHRISTMAS ALE: Caramel, bread, clove, banana, cinnamon, vanilla. We seek to recreate a Christmas bread (Fruit Cake). Robust body and medium-low carbonation.Pairing: We recommend accompanying it with any typical dish of these dates (except Romeritos and Bacalao), especially glazed ham, turkey and fruit salads. We integrate spices that are traditionally used in American and Mexican cuisine on these winter dates.
