This cider is made from many different red fleshed apples including Dolgo, Niedzwetzkyana, Redfield, Strawberry Parfait, Almata, Mountain Rose. Together they evoke the flavors of watermelon, raspberry, strawberry, medium tannins, strong minerality, granite and orange bitters.
