These little punks are 9 years now!A lot has changed since 2015 in the craft beer scene and, for sure, they turned the tide in our favour. The beer wins!As for Fermentage, we proudly accepted the invitation to make something diferent ... what else?!? Here we've fermented an Oleo Saccharum with Red Grapefruit and Lime Zests. The oil was later added to the whirlpool together with a big load of 3 hops (Cascade, Mandarina Bavaria and Perle). Last, a huge load of Nelson Sauvin on Dry hop. So, enjoy this very special hoppy lager!
